Customer Service at the Greek

Rather than unload on their mistake (which I would typically do) and dare them to find it (they have often not), I decided to see what would happen if I pointed it out to them. Of course, nothing happens. Not a piddly $50 bonus (or hardly even a thank you). So the moral of the story is when books hang bad #'s, POUND the shit out of them.

You did the right thing, If you would of bet it, your bets would have been cancelled, then you would have been viewed as a scumbag and a scammer. I did and was told it was no longer their policy to award this. Thus, there is no reason (other than supposed karma) not to hammer their mistakes. Trust me when I tell you they are NOT always discovered.

The Greek.com does not advertise here but regardless their customer service is not pathetic because they did not give you a reward for reporting a typo. That is upper management policy and no where is there a rule saying report a typo or mistake and you will get a reward posted on their website.

I dont work for the Greek but I am on their side on this, first you pretend to be a nice guy and let them know about the mistake, then you dont get a "good citizen award" so you go bash them on a public forum. You sound like the kind of guy that helps the poor just so you can claim it on your taxes.
